Had an eye emergency, got me in same day & saved me from losing vision in my eye! Dr is extremely knowledgeable, caring, kind and compassionate. Felt like they truly cared about me and my sight. The staff at the front desk & technicians that took all the tests were very professional, kind & compassionate as well! Would highly recommend this office!
Second visit there. I dont remember the first experience but this one. The doctor was awesome he explained everything that needed to be done until I got it. The staff also was friendly and listen to my concerns. Will post again once I get my eyes done. I feel comfortable with them.
My grandma's appointment was at 145pm. They overbooked and it was like a zoo in there. She didn't see the doctor until 350pm. The doctor was rushing and was on the phone at the same time while servicing my grandma. They never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I had called them to remind them a week later and still they haven't sent it and that was 2 months ago. Very unprofessional. We will not be returning.
Very pleasant and totally professional staff. They listen to my symptoms and were able to encourage me that they the staff and Dr Silverman will take care of me. I felt their caring.
The staff there are very kind, understanding, polite and respectful. The ophthalmologist that I saw was very knowledgeable and showed great care and concern about my eyes disease and also explained everything to me so I can feel involved in my eyes care.
