Dr. Rabbitt diagnosed my first cataract 5 years ago and the 2nd one this year. I just got my new glasses & wearing them all day today without any problems. Doctors & staff are all great.
All of the staff was extremely friendly from the time I called to set up the appointment, to being in the room with Dr. Rabbitt. Everyone seemed to really care, and was very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Outpost Optical to anybody with eyecare needs.
Had an appointment at 2:15 and almost a half hour went by without anybody coming to get me or let me know what was going on. Finally asked when I was getting in and finally was told there was an emergency. The staff that told me was rude about it, like my service was not important at all. Would NOT reccomend to anyone.
