Ranch Road Vision Source

I’ve been going to Ranch Road Vision Source since I moved to Austin and I’ve always received wonderful service. They even helped guide me through getting LASIK five years ago and have continued to be incredibly supportive with my eye care ever since. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend them!

So I’ve been going to see Dr. Ali for many years and the service has always been top notch! Yesterday, I went with my 2 year old grandson, who for some reason had his “terrible 2s” kick in during my appointment. Like I’m serious he had never behaved this way, but he was bouncing off the walls! The staff!!!! Oh my!!!! They were so patient! Dr. Ali even took the time to talk with him and was patient with me during the whole process. They didn’t have to, but they did! They were amazing! Thank you for being so kind! I was a little caught off guard with his behavior and you guys helped so much!

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The service was very professional from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of throughout. The clinic has modern equipment, and the exam was very thorough and detailed. The doctor was very attentive, explained everything clearly, and provided a careful diagnosis. Highly recommend!

This was one of the most pleasant doctor’s visits I’ve ever had. It was an efficient, and comfortable experience. The doctors and staff are both knowledgeable and precise but patient with the process of an eye exam —something you’d expect from an optometrist but not always find. Highly recommend !!!!
