I didn't really know much about my new meta glasses my husband ordered from the Ray Ban website and I was curious about the different types, considering exchanging. The lady who helped me today was patient and informative. The store was also really nice, great products.
Elizabeth went above and beyond to repair my favorite Ray Ban sunglasses with care and reminded me why I keep returning to Ray Ban as a customer. She was prompt at adding nose pads and even gifted me with a case. Customer service here is top notch! Thank you for the excellent customer service.
I came in with my glasses, that had been sat on by me. 😒 I wouldn’t know it then but Lauren looked at them didn’t promise me anything. She was very hopeful to repair my glass frames. 10 minutes later wouldn’t you know it. Happy Father’s Day to me. She successfully reshaped and straightened the frames. Thank you Lauren! You rock!!
Went in to get my glasses repaired during a bit of a rush. Kahli was able to take the time to help me and made my glasses look good as new. I would highly recommend her and this store.
My experience at this store was great! I didn’t catch their names, but the ladies who worked there were very kind and helpful. I was not familiar with Ray-Ban, so I asked an employee for her advice on what sunglasses would look best on me, and she helped me find the perfect pair. I think the store is a great addition to La Cantera and would definitely shop here again!
