Switched over from a larger, less personal local practice and could not be more pleased. I have called and texted with questions, and a real person responded and answered right away. The entire staff was fantastic and the doctor was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. My appointment started on time and everything, including handling my new insurance, was done efficiently. It is exactly the type of place I was looking for in changing up. Highly recommend.

Going to the optometrist should not raise your blood pressure but that was my average experience every time I had to deal with Reagin. The staff is unorganized, lazy, incompetent, and unhelpful. When my wife and I came in for our annual appointment the front office manager told us she did not have an appointment booked for my wife that day. Mind you this was the same individual who booked both of our appointments last time but apparently something “went wrong with the system”. So my wife had to sit in the car while I got my eyes checked. They never sent either of our prescriptions to our emails (they never do!), even after we called and asked them to multiple times after the appointments. Even when trying to call them, many times no one would pick up and no, it wasn’t during lunch hours. When I finally got a hold of someone they quoted me nearly $200 for my order. When I asked if they applied my insurance benefits to the order they, verbatim, asked “Oh you want your benefits?” Ummm yes. Are you joking? My total went down by over $100. I can’t believe how inept the staff is here and I don’t think going to check on your eyes should be like pulling teeth. This is my family’s last time dealing with Reagin!
1st time with this Doctor office. Front receptionist was awesome, explained check in process throughly. My examiner was through and friendly. Optometrist was very helpful and put me at ease. Loved all the help today and will be my new go to office for all my eye care. Thanks for making my appointment easy and comfortable 🤗!!
Very friendly, very efficient--everyone, the office staff, McKenna who does the tests and Dr. Williford. I think my annual eye check took 30 minutes at most. Dr. Williford is thorough and thoughtful. I'm grateful she's my optometrist.
I’ve been getting my annual eye exam here for a few years. They have all the tech and are friendly and efficient. I made the mistake of getting my progressive lens Rx filled at a big national chain and will use them for lens moving forward. Strong rec for this local practice!
