Very professional workers at the Michigan Avenue office. Great help with my contact tests, exam and order. Also I was impressed they had my high prescription contacts in stock for a sample. Highly recommend.

Front desk individual is extremely unprofessional. I'm not looking for "gotcha" coaching moments from my eye dr front desk. Yes, I didn't do the intake form (I've been a pt for 7 years). No I didn't answer your calls during the day to confirm insurance because I work and have meetings. The mention that I was late 5m after arriving to jab that I won't be seen until much later (made it apparent she wasn't sure when) and act like you're teaching me a lesson is hilarious. Again pt for 7 years gone. Cheers. Edit. After seeing other recent reviews. All makes sense now.
Shady business... any provider should be able to tell you on the spot what their pricing is for basic progressive lens without any add-ons - I've called tens of other providers who did easily. This place and any that will not are not for a reason, they want every penny you have! Avoid places that are greedy n greasy!
I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Kate, the assistant manager at Rosin Eye Care on Michigan Avenue and a few staff members. Over the course of multiple phone calls regarding the status of my Rayban Meta glasses and obtaining insurance for them, I encountered a consistent lack of clear communication, professionalism, and courtesy. Each inquiry was met with noticeable frustration and dismissiveness, rather than the patience and clarity one would expect from someone in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. As a patient simply seeking updates on an order, I should not have felt as though my questions were an inconvenience. The tone and manner of communication came across as unnecessarily curt and, frankly, a microaggression that made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service, especially in a medical and optical environment, requires empathy, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to ensure all patients are treated with professionalism, respect, and care, regardless of how routine their inquiry may be. - DR. Customer service has definitely gone downhill. I’ve been a patient for about seven years, but over the last two years I’ve consistently dealt with rude attitudes and a lack of professionalism. Phone calls are often answered rudely, and staff frequently ignore patients who are standing right in front of them. While the doctors themselves are excellent, the unprofessional behavior of the front-office staff is causing the practice to lose patients. If the staff is unhappy in their roles, they should consider finding another job rather than taking it out on patients.
