Kim, Steve, Dr. J and Atif are the best! They take time to personalize our care. We trust the prescriptions as everyone is thorough and patient. Everyone is do happy and polite! We are so happy we found all of them. Kim and Steve picked out great glasses!!!
We waited for almost 3 weeks for my son glasses and Front desk gave my son prescription glasses to someone else. They told us they will get it back and give it us but never received call back or apologies from them. I have to call and follow up .Eye Dr is very smart and helpful. We love how she took care of my son but front desk is terrible. We would love to go back and see Dr for follow up but very uncomfortable to going back to this place. It was very frustrating and upsetting experience we had to go through.
The staff here is seriously the best! They are incredibly friendly and personable. I go in every year and they are very patient with me, help explain everything to me, and Kim Nowakowski always remembers me and is extremely engaging. They have made coming to the eye doctor enjoyable!
Kim and Steve were super helpful in getting me in and out of my appointment. Ativ and Dr J were great and very informative during my exam. Could only better if they had free samples like costco
My experience at Rosin EyeCare Glenview was truly awesome. Dr. J(optometrist) was incredibly compassionate and took the time to explain everything in detail, especially easing some of my concerns. Kim (office manager) was so kind and helpful in guiding me through the decisions between glasses and contacts, and the technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as well. From the front desk staff to the end of my visit, my experience was truly excellent. Such a caring and knowledgeable team — highly recommend. Thank you!
