Having to find a new doctor is difficult, but not impossible when you meet Dr Bak and her assistant Jackie! She and her staff are highly professional, and my visit was both prompt and thorough. Dr. Bak took the time to listen carefully and address all of my concerns. She clearly explained each step of the exam, including what she was doing and why, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. The office is equipped with advanced eye care technology, and I appreciated being able to purchase stylish, affordable glasses on-site. Overall, an excellent experience. If you are in need of eye care, I highly recommend Dr Bak.

My wife and I originally came to Rosley Eye A few years ago because they were close by. Dr. Bak Was excellent! We have since been back, sent other family members and recommend her as an optometrist to anyone! It’s a very nice selection of glasses of a very high-quality, which is important to us and her optician Veronka Is excellent as well.

Dr Bak simply amazing. Whenever I have seen her, She takes the time to understand the challenges I am facing and works on solving that problem. She does not rush you, but instead, does a thorough job. She is attentive, kind, and empathetic as a provider, and I would highly recommend her to others !

I had an appointment for my 5 year old (first eye appointment) for Kindergarten and also had a contact lense appointment for myself experiencing both doctors. Had wonderful experiences in both cases and definitely will be coming back yearly for our exams and actually looking forward to it (which hasn't been the case with past providers) - highly recommend!

The best doctor visit ever! My daughter had an eye exam today with Dr. Lananh Ngo, and I’m still amazed! We’ve never had such a calm, positive, and stress-free experience before. Dr. Ngo is incredibly kind, patient, and professional — she explained everything clearly and made my child feel completely at ease. The whole visit was relaxed, fun, and educational at the same time! A big thank you also to the lovely lady at the front desk — she was so helpful and friendly. The entire office feels warm, welcoming, and very well organized. For the first time, my daughter left smiling and not afraid of eye exams anymore. I’m so grateful and truly impressed — thank you, Rosley Eyecare team!
