I had already done a search online for a particular product, and saw that I could either order online or pick up the item in store (new drip pan and rack set for the Mainstay 4 slice oven, given to me by soneone who didn't realize the rack was missing). I searched all the aisles listed (4) and only found items for the larger tabletop toaster ovens. The person working the section said she wasn't aware that they carried the item and that was her section. I said 'no worries, I will improvise and order online at a later date', even showing her the item in the listing. She never checked the database, which having dealt with them through the years, I know they can check store stock. However, her pleasant demeanor made me joke with her a bit. It wasn't a total loss, because since I had the old drip pan, I just took my time and found some aluminum trays that would work. I must say, it was a good option, because when I baked my chicken and asparagus, not only did it come out tender using the loaf pans, I had baked my mac & cheese in an 8" round pan and that, too, came out well. Of course I will eventually order the new drip pan and rack, but as of now, no rush. Being disabled, one of the jokes was 'this is an outing, not just a shopping trip'. If the item had been in stock, and the similar 4 slice toaster ovens had been on display as opposed to just shelved, I would have given 5 stars. I will say too, that I have never had a problem finding someone to assist me, and everyone I have encountered make me want to return, even if just to 'window shop'.

We returned a slightly damaged brand new butane outdoor griddle and the three incorrect bottles of gas that we had purchased for it, in order to get an undamaged griddle and correct gas. This was all on our way to the picnic spot where we had intended to use it, before discovering the issues. The entire process took little more than a few minutes! No problems at all! Thank you Walmart and the friendly service today!!!

I really like this Walmart for everything ... except it doesn't have fresh produce, deli, bakery or meat department like the smaller Walmart in Mount Prospect has oddly? The toy and electronics department seems better at this Walmart than the one in Mount Prospect but the grocery section is better at the one in Mount Prospect. I wish Walmarts were more consistent with their store types like Target and Meijer stores are.

They don't have any fresh meat or produce, oddly enough this walmart seemed more costly than others. The worker I found was extremely helpful, just wish I didn't spend 15 minutes looking for meat they didn't have.
