I spent more than 400 $ for a pair of glasses but the lenses are the worst I ever had in my life. No changes and no refund . Not recommend at all.

Extremely poor quality of glasses. My mother purchased 2 pairs of glasses and with in a year the coating is peeling already. She takes very good care of her glasses but unfortunately Sam's quality of lenses and frames are cheap and expensive to the customer 🙄

Horribly impolite woman staffing this counter, unwilling to be friendly or helpful when making a simple request for information. It’s not that hard to try to help without giving attitude or making a customer feel like they are doing something wrong by asking.

They don’t keep consistent hours. I came to pickup my glasses today and they decided to close early without notice. Gas ain’t cheap. And now I gotta find another time to come and hope they are open.
