Dr.Roman and Tyler were great! They made this process very easy from start to finish. From my appointment to the day I got my glasses it was a breeze. I feel as though this doctor and his staff truly care about getting the best possible care for their patients and it is very appreciated!
Dr. Caplan is so pleasant and personable. The staff here is also amazing and the prices are my fave. Even when I don't get my eyes tested here, they still fill my RX at a very reasonable price, much less that other places I've visited and the delivery time is sometimes overnight, no more than 2 days. Like how wicked awesome is that!? They will always be the ones I go to when I need new contacts.
Dr Caplan is a very thorough, kind, and intelligent optometrist. Would highly recommend anyone to receive their eye exam here. The eye exam for both contacts and eye glasses is the best price I've seen in town.
Lauren and Tyler are the absolute best I had a problem filling a claim on my hearing aids ,Tyler stepped up to try and help tirelessly,Lauren took over and even though she is the optical manager she was able to file my claim it took 3+ weeks but she didn’t stop until it was done I will continue to drive the 45 minutes each way rather then go to the one in Utica , can’t wait to get my new glasses I WILL be going there!!!
I have been to two different sams club optical offices. Lakeside and Roseville’s. Lakeside kept giving me the same brand of contacts even though I had complained about the right one. Something was wrong. They kept going blurry but only on the right eye. Ultimately it must have just been all in my head! Because the doctor said he didn’t see anything wrong yet he never looked at the contact lens while it was in my eye!! So I went to the Roseville office. Even after telling the new doctor about my problem with that brand of contact only for my right eye, he said oh just try it. So of course I’m having the same problem!! I just left the Roseville store very very dissatisfied!! Even though the doctor said come in anytime and I’ll take a look at your eyes. I can’t get in without an appointment and I’ll have to take off work to do it. If he had just listened to me about MY EYES I wouldn’t be having this problem now!! I have gone a box and a half of contacts for the right eye, while still having more than a box and a half of the left contact!! Do not come to sams club optical!! This place is horrible!!
