Sam’s Club Optical

I came in to the optical after getting an eye exam from next door. Once at the optical I experienced the worst customer service. I stood by the cash register waiting to be acknowledged that I'm next in line. That never happened. The optician literally walked up with a customer they were helping and didn't say one word to me. I left to cool off and came back she immediately starting helping the person that was in line behind me. Worst customer service. Will not recommend this place to noone.

One had to wait over 25 minutes. I don't understand if you have cash why you only got to go to a cashier person instead of option of checkout machine vs person. With all this technology this place is still in dark ages when trying to get customer service. Its 2023 instead of 1970. Get with the program.

The other day I went with my dad and the cashier treated us very badly when we put our groceries in the lady was throwing them away but she was very nice to my dad and me with a lot of respect we gave her what he didn't ask for and she left an item and today the same thing happened to us the lady didn't give us the item my dad wanted and left it next to it she was very rude
