SEE Eyewear - Water Tower Place

I had an excellent experience with Josh. I was getting glasses for the first time and had a prescription and didn't want to spend a bunch of money. He was very understanding and helped me priced out a pair. My glasses were delivered to the store on time. I was pleased with the quality. The part that impressed me is that 2 weeks later when I returned he remembered that I was moving out of state and my timeline. I had interacted with him just once. When I was getting them, I was considering a second pair and he found me a perfect frames within about 10 min. He followed up by email with the pricing since I was short on time. He also offered to have the glasses shipped or sent to the store closest to me. He truly exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful visit with my new eye doctor this weekend. Her name is Dr Hana Lahnichi. She was great! She explained everything to me with such ease and clarity. She came up with a great plan for my eye care needs and I left feeling very confident and happy. Thanks to you and wonderful staff! Extra shout out to Tyler too!

I recently had my annual eye exam with Dr. Lahnichi, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, kind, and genuinely funny personality, she’s the kind of doctor you immediately feel comfortable with. What really stood out was how thorough and unhurried the entire appointment felt. I’ve had plenty of eye exams over the years, and they’re usually quick in and out visits, but Dr. Lahnichi took her time with every step of the exam, explained everything she was doing and why, and patiently answered every single question I had. I left actually understanding my eye health in a way I never have before. At the end of the appointment she helped me pick out glasses (along with her amazing colleagues Josh and Tyler). She gave me her honest opinion and made the whole process fun rather than overwhelming. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond, look no further. Dr. Lahnichi is the real deal!!

I started going to the Water Tower location years ago and never left. They make you feel so comfortable. I’ve had a few great people help me, but currently Maureen and Dr Lahnichi are awesome!!
