I had the pleasure of having the most amazing experience with the dental department of Southside Medical on Ridge Avenue. Dr Dozier was very informative and very patient. Val the Dental Assistant made me feel so at home as if I was being taken care of by one of my cousins. Mrs Tony the Hygienist was an absolute delight and quite comical while she cleaned my teeth as well as having a light that shined through and through.. Crystal the Front Desk Assistant was very professional and very forthcoming with her assistance in handling my insurance and getting me scheduled properly for upcoming appts..They will always be top tier in my eyes!! Hence the reason why I travel from Lithonia Georgia to Atlanta Georgia because Southside Medical is by far the best medical facility that I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Thank you ladies!!!

I absolutely loved having Ms. Jefferson as my midwife. She made me feel supported, comfortable, and truly cared for at every visit. I never felt afraid or hesitant to bring up any concerns because she always listened with compassion and took the time to address them. If I weren’t moving, I would definitely continue seeing Ms. Jefferson. She has an amazing ability to connect with both her patients and their babies, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I had an awesome experience today with Ms. Cheryl who checked me in and Nicole the dental assistant, I made a new friend with her!! I love my new dentist Dr. Pagan she helped me with all of dental issues. I got to meet Mr. Earl & Sherry who were the office managers and everyone so kind and polite. Oan I didn’t wait long to be seen but I did arrive early to beat the traffic. I recommend using Southside Medical because they do the sliding scale(based off your income) if you don’t have insurance.

Crystal, Azahya, & Mr Earl was sooooo amazing today! I was getting very frustrated & they stayed very patient with me & still was able to assist me! Very calm & professional people! This will definitely be my primary dentist, even tho I gotta drive across the world to get here! Excellent service over all!

I just got my tooth pulled by Dr. William and Dental Assistant Val and the experience was great. The numbing process was relaxing, Dr. William will talk you through every little thing before ministering on your mouth. Ms. Val was so comforting, great personality, great energy. I would definitely recommend anyone to treat here, especially if you’re nervous. Everyone here is awesome, if you have an appointment, there isn’t a wait time. This office will be my permanent dentist and I’ve been searching for a permanent dentist for awhile. I was very comfortable and relaxed, if I could give a ten star on Google I would.
