My First time visiting was on Friday 2/20/26 This was the best experience ever! Dr Ta was very informative and so kind. He took his time and explained everything. Rena was so patient helping me find some new frames. The female at the front desk was so sweet( can’t remember her name) This is my new eye glass place! I will refer everyone here! My eyes feel so much better after completing the dry eye treatment series with Dr. Truong! I had issues with my eyes being extra sensitive and irritated and puffy for years, and I’d been to at least four doctors with no improvement. Dr. Truong tried out multiple treatment methods and stuck with it until we found what worked. I’m so much more comfortable now and so grateful for her help and persistence in finding a solution!
I love Specs Appeals. I found them by driving by, when they had just opened. I've been a consistent patient since then. While the staff has changed a bit they are and have always been professional, welcoming, and very personable. I have referred several of my coworkers and friends to them. Of course doctors Troung and Ta are exceptional providers who have always gone above and beyond. If you're looking for an Optometrist check them out. They also carry a variety of frames that are priced from reasonable to high-end.
Dr Nancy was amazing. I’ve been wearing glasses for many years and I’ve never had anyone take that much care in my eye health. I love it and I appreciate her. She has amazing bedside manner and the staff is really really nice. Definitely Recommend!!!
