Office gal was very nice & friendly. I didn’t get to see Dr White. Seen Dr Price he was very friendly, explained things to me so I could understand. I was very pleased with his services. When I made the appointment I wasn’t quite sure about seeing someone else. Since I have been a patient at Dr. White’s for quite some time. I would recommend seeing Dr Price.
I want to start by saying I do not like going to the eye doctor because typically my vision is usually worse and my eyes are pretty sensitive. I will say though I've always had an amazing experience here. Ive seen both Dr. Minix and Dr. Price both are very kind doctors and take the time to talk and listen to you. The staff is also very nice. So if I have to go to the eye doctor this is the only place I choose to go.
Myself and my daughter both had new patient appointments here at different times of the day. Everyone was kind, pleasant, and efficient. Everyone also used my daughter's preferred name without any issues, which means a great deal, especially to her. There was a bit of a mix-up and we were checked out early from my daughter's appointment and they called and asked us to come back. Inconvenient, sure, but not the end of the world. They were very apologetic and offered recompence for the inconvenience without me having to say anything. Overall, a great experience that made a very busy day more tolerable. Thanks guys!
The staff were welcoming and professional. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. You can tell they truly value their patients and create a positive environment. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for thorough, compassionate eye care!
Dr. Price was extremely thorough with my two kiddos. Katelyn did a great job guiding them through the process. The whole staff is so welcoming. Couldn’t recommend a better place for an eye exam!
