Longe Optical

My experience at Longe Optical was fantastic. The eye doctor was so kind and informative. The whole eye exam process was wonderful. Everyone that worked at this Longe Optical are so courteous, helpful, has patience and kind. Sydney helped me find some cute and stylish glasses. She is also so patient. She didn't rush me to choose . She also gave me a great deal on the glasses I picked. It was a little pricey but I like to look good and feel good so getting these particular glasses was a Yessss!! I also didn't have to wait long to get my glasses. It was less than a week when my glasses were ready. Janelle helped me try on glasses to make sure that they fit correctly and that I could see with my new prescription lenses. I was so happy and excited that both pair were excellent and comfortable. Janelle was also kind and courteous and had patience. I recommend this Longe Optical to everyone that need eye care. Kindness, courtesy and patience are needed in this world today and Longe Optical showed me that it still exist in customer service. Thank you Longe Optical!!

Sydney and the manager at the Maplecrest location went the extra mile to replace my frames. Sydney even coordinated with another store who had my frame in stock and communicated back to me right away. This was very helpful to me with going out of town the next morning. Did not make the effort to check my eligibility other than what was on their portal. I've worked in optometry before and if we ever had questions we ALWAYS called in front of the patient the appropriate customer service or billing department to confirm benefits so they understood why we were questioning benefits. Portals are notoriously incorrect. It took one call to another optometrist who called the billing department of my insurance that confirmed the benefits I had been saying I had. I am considered medically frail which is why I have more benefits outside their 5 year/2 year guideline. Looks as if their business volume doesn't have warrant going the extra step in customer service. Will not ever use confirmed benefits at any Longe location.

The best experience I’ve ever had for an eye exam! The staff were all very friendly and Dr. Phram was amazing. She took the time to make sure I was feeling comfortable and getting the right prescription instead of just flying through every slide. Dr. Phram was able to give advice / guidance on things that other doctors have never brought up and how those things affect my vision. And she didn’t stand uncomfortably close and breathe in my face like most male doctors feel the need to do. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to everyone I know!

When I arrived everyone was super nice and very helpful. I did not have a long wait at all, and once I was finished with my eye exam a wonderful young lady by the name of Maddy I believe it was if not I am so sorry but she was amazing she had like 5 pairs of glasses she thought I'd like out for me to look at already. She gaged my style which is awesome. I loved all of the frames it was really hard for me to pick which ones I wanted. She also helped me with the choosing of the frames and gave me some good feed back. I received my glasses last week and they are great and everyone gives me compliments on them. The ophthalmologist was great as well. He went into detail about my vision when I asked him questions.
