I’m sorry for the long review but I believe all needs to be said 😊 We are so thankful to have found Dr. Faisal Rasooli and Eyedra Vision here in Fort Wayne! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Also, we very much appreciate the ease of making any appointments online. Dr. Rasooli is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, but what really stood out to us was how much time he took to listen and explain everything clearly. We never felt rushed or like you’re just another patient. He genuinely cares about his patients and their vision and overall eye health. All staff at Eyedra Vision has been friendly, kind, and helpful, and the office is beautiful and welcoming. It is obvious that they take pride in providing excellent care and creating a wonderful experience for their patients. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Dr. Rasooli and Eyedra Vision to anyone looking for an exceptional eye doctor in Fort Wayne! At 53 years old, this was my first time going to an optometrist. It was a nice experience. Dr. Rasooli was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He was patient and thorough until I was sure what I was seeing. I found a great pair of frames that got my better halfs approval. Best part was, he told me it was his mother working in the front desk. I love supporting a locally owned business that takes pride in their work and family. I won't be going anywhere other than Eyedra vision.

I’m really glad I found this place. The office is clean, warm, and welcoming, and everything felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The front desk lady was very kind and welcoming, which immediately made the experience feel easy. The best part was the doctor—he was very attentive and professional, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, everything felt good and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Eyedra for anyone wanting a quality experience and a place that truly cares

Customer service was excellent. Dr. Rasooli is highly competent as he got my prescription correct. After my appointment, I brought both my daughters to him, they are tougher critics than I am and both gave a thumbs up. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new optometrist and clinic.

I had such a great experience at this office today. From the moment I walked in everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The ladies on staff were so so sweet. The doctor was incredibly kind and genuinely took the time to explain everything during my exam, which I appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants them to feel informed. Highly recommend checking him out if you’re looking for a new eye doctor!
