Excellent service from the very beginning. The entire staff is very professional, but I especially want to highlight Jasmine, who was an exceptional communicator. She was very patient, explained the entire process clearly, and is also bilingual, which makes the experience much easier. They also have great promotions and a wide variety of frames. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place.

What makes this location great, it is Jethon! I have been going to this location for three years and he is what makes it great. I CARE about esthetics when it comes to glasses and he takes the time to listen and care. Not only is his customer service SUPERB..but he truly make a difference. Visited a different location on a day he was off...and it was not the same service...not the same smile. He deserves his own location. Omar is fantastic too! This is an incredibly good place to purchase new glasses, or have new lenses made for your existing frames. Most of the time, they can have your new glasses ready within a few hours. The glasses you can choose from range from extremely budget-friendly, to more upscale designer frames. The professional opticians here are amazing! They walk you through the process, are extremely friendly, and they make your visit a pleasure. I didn't know they had a store on Buford Highway until I checked Google for highly-rated opticians. They are absolutely worthy of a five-star rating. I purchased two pairs of glasses today, and will be taking frames I already back to them for installation of new lenses. It's completely painless. You won't regret dealing with these great optician professionals!

Approximately Saturday, 5/10/26, my wife and I received approachable, personalized, and professional service. If I find out the names of the two Afro-American attendants, I can repost. (The lab can speed up to get me my glasses when they are promised, though.) You can't beat the price of the "two pairs of glasses" special.
