I went to Stanton Optical at the Kiest/Cliff location during an emergency after suffering a corneal abrasion that left me unable to wear my contact lenses or drive to work. I had called several other optical stores, and no one was able to help me. Most told me it would take up to two weeks to get a pair of glasses. When I called Stanton Optical, they gave me a same-day appointment within minutes. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They took the time to help me select the right frames, explained everything thoroughly, and made the entire process stress-free during what was already a very difficult situation. A special thank you to Zoe. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and stayed with me every step of the way from the moment I arrived until I walked out the door. Her customer service was truly exceptional. What meant the most was that they were able to have my glasses ready in just two hours. Thanks to Stanton Optical, I was able to see again and get back to work much sooner than I expected.
