The service is fine. However, if you have a strong prescription they don’t always have the lenses in stock for the trial pair of lenses that you should get with your exam. My recent exam was the second time that they didn’t have my lenses available for me. I pay out of pocket to go to Stanton Optical because I have been going to this location for many years now. I will have to rethink my decision to continue since you should get what you pay for and I needed to trial pair so that I could go to work. I had to take a personal day because I can’t work with my glasses.

Amazing customer service and good quality care. Got me in and out quick for a fair price. Matthew was especially awesome. He Made my visit pleasant and easy. Highly recommend!

The staff is so very freindly and helpful at Stanton. The exam was great, picking frames was easy. The Manager was very helpful keeping my price down. When I went to pick my glasses up everyone was so awesome. And I love my new glasses. I have very hard to please eyes. But I can tell you I really am happy I no longer have to take them off to read or work on the computer, first time in years. And my sunglasses are dark like I want them. Thanks all.

Stanton Optical has been amazing in helping me with my glasses and contact needs. Candice went above and beyond to help me fix a problem that I should’ve came in to have corrected months ago. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I recommend!

Exceptional service from all members of the team. The lady who did my pre-test was cheerful and sweet and Giovanni was the absolute star of the show. My lenses came out wrong the first time (although the prescription itself was perfect) but the customer service from Giovanni completely put me at ease, and the problem was fixed quickly.
