Connie was very welcoming and helpful and helped me through the entire pre-exam. Very helpful and super sweet. Got 2 pairs of glasses and she even made sure that they'd be in next day once my old ones where falling apart. 10/10 would recommend
Melissa,Amber,& Rhi are absolutely amazing. We were greeted at the door with smiles, Rhi did our exams & was very adequate, Melissa and Amber helped us find the cutest glasses in the store, & our overall experience was wonderful. Definitely recommend them! Great teamwork!!!
While traveling, I suddenly lost my glasses and was really worried. I visited this store, and they helped me immediately with so much patience and care. Other stores told me it would take around 7 days, but these amazing people understood my situation and got my glasses ready very quickly. Big thanks to Amber and Rhiannon for going above and beyond to help me. Their customer service, kindness, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for genuine and caring service.
I always have an incredibly pleasant experience here with all of the employees. I switched from glasses, after having only worn those for nearly 10 years, to contacts and they were so accommodating and just overall a treat to deal with! And my contacts ended up working out perfectly! 10/10
I arrived early and they took me right back, the whole eye exam and placing my order was less than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend.
