I was very surprised at the great service at this location; usually retail chain eye exam centers focus on rushing you through an exam and pushing services and products on you to spend as much money as possible. But that was not the case here. All staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and detailed. No part of the process felt rushed, and all questions or concerns I had were addressed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this Visionworks location.

Dr. Baker at Visionworks Turkey Creek is horrible! No people skills, very short with his patient. My son saw him and was given 2 different strengths in his contacts (which I know can happen) and when my son asked can he get the same in both eyes, Dr. Baker just shouted NO from the exam room, he didn't even bother to come out to the contact table and talk to us about it. In the past the previous Dr that we had seen there (Dr. Farmer, she is good by the way) helped my son figure out the RX so that he had the same strength in both eyes. The only reason I am giving Dr. Baker a 1 star is because there isn't a lower choice, he does not deserve the 1 start, should be negative!!! We will not return to this location again. We were at West Town mall today and had a very pleasant visit.

Visionworks did an amazing job, and I cannot recommend them enough! Over the last couple of years, I’ve been to six or seven different eyeglass places, and none of them could figure out how to handle my insurance. Whenever I asked them to call, they would just get an attitude. ​ That all changed here thanks to a lady named Doris. She truly jumped through hoops for me. Instead of giving up, Doris actually called my insurance, figured out exactly how to put it into their system, and got everything sorted out smoothly. Her customer service and problem-solving skills are unmatched. If you want a place that actually cares and goes the extra mile, come here and ask for Doris!

Best experience I have ever had. Employees are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this store and the service they provide. I am not an easy person to find glasses for. But, the young man who helped me was so patient, kind, and very honest with me when I ask his opinion. Love what I ended up with thanks to him.

Best place ever!! Staff are so friendly and helpful. They really take their time to help you find the correct pair of glasses. Turn around time was 2 weeks. But glasses were ready for pickup before the expected window. Hands down best place!
