I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Cross at the practice. However, it's still a business. It's a business that places value on profit over assisting patients. They call me three months out from an appointment that's been scheduled since September 2025 to tell me that Dr. Cross is scaling back to one day per week and they can't get me in until November 2026! They call three months out and move my annual appointment three more months. I mentioned that my contacts would run out and I would need some assistance with that - no comment or suggestions from the person on the phone. I took the appointment and told her that I would be looking at other options. All she said was sorry and good-bye. I am sure someone else will take my place and they will not lose any money. They will lose my money and I will not hesitate to tell anyone asking to avoid the practice. I don't blame the doctors but hold the practice responsible for a lack of true customer service or empathy. I am not angry or mad. I'm sad as the days of truly caring about patients is over.

I definitely recommend this place—100%! No, what am I saying? 1,000%! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive. The young man who assisted me helped me fill out all my forms from the moment I walked in until I was finished. The doctor was incredibly kind, and his assistant—what can I say?—they are truly wonderful people who helped me every step of the way, from the entrance until I was done. Thank you for your services. I definitely recommend them.

I have had a retina tear twice, which Dr. Amber found and sent me to an eye surgeon. Then I had problems with my right cataract from past surgery. Dr. Amber has guided me through it all. I am very grateful. Great team at The Eye Group.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Lain. He took time to discuss my challenges and to review various options. I appreciate that he was professional and friendly, and that he made me feel very comfortable. There's nothing more that I could ask for.

Dr Kevin Cross listened to my concerns , then diagnosed my vision problem. I picked up my glasses with new prescription and I almost cried. For over a year I have had vision problems which were ignored by the specialists..and I put on the new glasses and my double vision was gone. I cannot recommend Dr Cross enough! He is kind and caring and willing to figure out the problem. Five stars plus!
