I had an amazing experience at this eye doctor’s office! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The entire appointment felt comfortable and stress-free, and I never felt rushed. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I truly felt like they cared about my vision and overall experience rather than just getting me in and out. I highly recommend this eye doctor to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and caring. I’m so happy I chose this office and will definitely be coming back!

Great exam, also did a visual field test and retinal camera pictures. Being a diabetic these extra tests are very important in my overall eye health, and Dr. Stoffregen offers all of these tests, along with a comprehensive eye exam. All done in one office. Highly recommend this eyecare office.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This office refuses to answer the phone. When the female receptionist Veronica finally does, she immediately asks to place you on a brief hold with attitude, doesn’t wait for an answer and then proceeds to place you on hold until you hang up. It’s unfortunate too because the actual eye doctor wasn’t bad. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I wonder if he knows his staff is losing him business.
