I haven’t like the last two eye doctors I’ve tried in Atlanta. I feel like they dismissed my concerns and wanted to get me out as soon as possible. This was the opposite. The doctor addressed my questions and did a thorough exam. I also felt comfortable here and was able to do successfully do the fitting for contacts for the first time. She also helped me pick out glasses and gave me so much helpful advice and opinions. They had a wide variety of glasses and mine were ready quickly. So glad I finally found a good place.

I've been going here for a few years now. This is still, bar none, the best optometry experience I've had and I've had glasses since I was a kid. The exam is quick but thorough, with explanations of the technology as we go along. There are some new tests that replace outdated uncomfortable ones (no eye puff for me!!!) and any tests that have an additional charge are explained and not pressured, just given as options with an explanation of what they help with. Dr. Li offers the opportunity to look at and go through images and test results if you prefer. The customer service from start to finish is wonderful. Reviewing of benefits was a breeze, Intake forms were quick, and both Terry, Dr. Li's office staff, as well as Dr. Li herself are joyful, polite, detailed, and patient during the entire process. Picking out frames was a blast. At no point did I feel pressured to go outside of my budget, the office is up front about pricing structure and breakdown, and choosing the best lenses for me was a breeze with their help. Before any payment goes through they took me through an itemized breakdown of everything included; there were no surprises on the receipt. My family and I will continue to come here as long as they're in business.

Staff had phenomenal customer service. The office was extremely clean and organized. Dr.Lee was a great help with using my new eye insurance policy towards my contacts. Definitely my new favorite eye care store in the city.
