Summit Eye Care - Regency Square

After over 15 years of being a customer Jennifer of Summit eye care has caused me to never go back there. Her customer service was atrocious. She was rude. She cut me off while I was talking and then had the audacity to tell me “in this case the customer is not right” when all I said was I called and spoke with someone about my appointment who never asked my name, never clarified my appointment. If I am calling to ask about an appointment the first thing you should do is get my information to confirm my appointment. So now I show up late and do not get seen and do not get glasses because Jennifer and the other person refuse to acknowledge their mistake and meet me halfway. Then she commenced to tell me “you have missed appointments before” and that means what over 15 years of customer loyalty? I’m 43 and have been wearing glasses since 23 and every pair has come from this store. Not another will ever because of today. I can’t express how insulted I am. Jennifer was completely not trying to resolve and assist, she was trying to blame and insult. Unacceptable. And the fact that her manager only responds via email and I can’t speak with that person makes it even worse. So the front desk can do whatever and the customer is left with just an email that you may or may not get a response from. We are talking about eye care. Not something insignificant. My eyes!!! Don’t treat people like that.

Had a great experience payed a lot for my glasses but I feel like I got my mo ey worth. Staff was very polite and gave me some good information and direction co concerning my vision care and long term health for my eyes.

This office was well staffed and friendly. Dr Austin was amazing! He was informative, kind, and knowledgable. He listens to concerns and offers great advice. Will definately return !

This was my first time going to Lencrafters and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and immediately serviced. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes from my actual appointment time. Dr. A was my physician for the appointment and she was thorough with her explanation of my eye problems/findings and answered all my questions with clarity. Health is important, so I appreciate everyone taking the time to be kind and informative. I will be back in the future.

The office staff were pleasant, greeting me upon arrival to the desk paperwork was done quickly efficiently. The tech was very pleasant very knowledgeable and the physician explained everything felt like it was a good Go ahead exam. Thank you.
