Melanie was AMAZING 👏 I was definitely not an easy customer as I had quite a few questions and concerns as well as changing my mind after purchasing one pair of glasses for another because I am crazy like that but she was helpful calm and honest with me every step of the way! This is one worker that will be part of many reasons that I will definitely use SVS in the future! She gave me no issues and made me feel less guilty about my wants because we are all human but she definitely deserves to be fully acknowledged for her outstanding work and help! And not once did she ever treat me poorly for the help I needed as other workers at other vision centers have. Thank you Melanie I appreciate it more than you know!

Worst pair of glasses I ever bought. The frames are made so cheap they feel like a pair of toddler glasses. The script was not right the first time. They fog up way too much and the tint is not dark. Customer associates dont seem to care about your satisfaction. They have no response to the issues. I do not recommend!

I was going to leave a 1 star the only thing that saved them was the eye doctor and lady that helped with my glasses unfortunately they weren't enough to to combat just how RUDE the receptionist is. I had to speak to her on 3 separate occasions and it was the same attitude every time. I was dreading walking in there. I almost canceled my appointment because of her. The day I walked in the office manager happened to be sitting right next to her and OF COURSE what a difference in attitude. After reading some of the reviews I'm not the only one that has had problems with her rudeness!

Just got glasses for my boys from here and they were so great to work with. This is who I've used the last two years and I keep coming back. They are quick it doesn't take long to get the glasses, they have a nice selection and they were great to work with. We will be back next year.

Love this SVS Vision location. The staff is super kind and always happy to help. Their receptionist is amazing at her job and she is very sweet. I highly recommend this location
