SVS Vision

I have been receiving eye care from SVS Vision Fraser for the past 4 years. The doctor is always very nice, the staff are always very lovely and helpful, and all pairs of prescription glasses I have acquired here have been fantastic. There is a wide-range selection of different spectacle styles/shapes, and I have never had trouble finding something to suit my taste. The one time I was not 100% happy with my frames choice, I was able to swap to a completely different set of frames free of charge due to their 45 day guarantee. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, excellent eye care! I have never had a bad experience here, and for that, Thank you!

Jackie and Maya, Paula and Lori they were wonderful. They all agreed me nice and that’s how I decide to do my glasses there. I greatly appreciate the coworker here I would like to give them five star many thanks

I am sooo happy I found this SVS Optical to go to!! They are very knowledgeable and can get you in right away. You don't have to wait months to be seen by the doctor and they have Saturday hours. SVS has alot of options to choose from and to try on without someone having to keep opening up the case. Paula, Jackie, and Laurie made this visit worth me switching from my usual place that I have been going to for years and not getting a bang for my buck and what I was really wanting in eye wear.

This is by far, my favorite location. The customer service is top tier. It does not matter if you are getting help, over the phone or in person. The office is always fully staffed, no long waiting times. Every associate is pleasant, all the time. So, you don’t mind who services you. The doctor is spot on. Every year, he takes his time. To answer my questions, he truly cares. I never have an issue with my prescription. I have walked in to get adjustments, with no issues. This is a great location, I always drive the extra distance to come here. Job well done, all the hard work does not go unnoticed. You all are needed and appreciated. My whole family comes to this location and we are pleased.
