I received extremely poor and unprofessional service this past Friday. The elderly staff member was incredibly rude, repeatedly telling me to 'go elsewhere' if I didn't agree with him. Worse, he was very aggressive and handled the eye-testing equipment so roughly that it actually hurt my face. Avoid this place if you value good service and safety.

2 plus years this location gave me a pair of progressive lens glasses. I came back 2 weeks later to tell them my lenses was made wrong my progressive was not lined up correctly they mention it was not looking through them right. I have been wearing these lenses for 20 years plus. I had an emergency and went out of town and when I came back they told me I only have 30 days. I have not used these glasses and was using my old ones. They keep calling me to come in. Why would i do that to waste 400.00 . I just stopped answering the call.

Best location ever! Every staff member we encountered at our visit was welcoming, polite, patient, and very informative. I highly recommend this SVS location ❤️ I brought my autistic daughter in who is highly sensitive and the staff was amazing with her. Thank you!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Booked online and showed up for my appointment for them to tell me "you're not in the system" and refuse to see me. I even provided the confirmation email I received for my appointment for the manager to say "oh that's so weird" and do nothing to accommodate me. Took time off work and drove an hour to get there. Absolute incompetence and poor customer service. Would not give me a phone number to call about the issue and said they would call me. Frustrating experience and a complete waste of my time. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE or be prepared to be turned away due to their IT issues that they can't seem to get resolved.
