I finally found the eye clinic I needed. My monovision combined with mild vertigo symptoms were wearing on my health. Dr. Loy understood my situation and proposed a perfect solution. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Dr. ly is knowledgeable, asks questions and explains what he is doing and shares his knowledge freely. I would recommend him to anyone every time.

I was very pleased and relieved actually with my appointment with Dr. Loy at Southwest Family Eye Health Center. Everyone at the office was very friendly and professional and Dr. Loy took time to do a thorough exam, explained the tests and results to me and referred me to a different specialist he felt I needed to see. The specialist was called before I left my appointment and was scheduled in two days and follow up appointments were made with Dr. Loy as well. Again, I was very impressed.

Dr. Loy and his staff are polite and efficient. Always a pleasure to go there. Dr. Loy worked with me for years as I transitioned from hard contacts (Orthokeratology) to soft contacts in preparation for cataract surgery. Transition went great. Now that I’ve had my cataract surgery and I’m back to 20/20 vision it’s just an annual.

I have been going to Doctor Jeremy Loy for 7 years. He is a fabulous, caring doctor and is very thorough in his assessments. Donna and the front desk staff are kind, friendly and helpful in all ways. Jerri Jernigan

It was my first visit to see Dr Loy and he was great. Very hands on very personable. I would definitely recommend if you are needing a great eye Dr. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.
