I had a great visit at Sylvain Eye Care! Dr. Sylvain and staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and professional! I truly felt like I was in good hands with genuine care and comfort from start to finish. I love the various frame options and the process of selecting the right frames! I will definitely be visiting again when needed and have already recommended family and friends! Lovely pleasant experience, I'm well pleased with the care and service I received.

I first visited Dr. Bryttani years ago when she was at Target, and after she left, I truly missed the level of care and genuine concern she provided. Eventually, I decided to find her again—and I’m so glad I did. She and her team at Sylvain Eye Care are outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. The staff is professional, friendly, and focused on what’s best for your vision and overall experience. Thank you, Dr. Bryttani and Shelly, for delivering such exceptional service. True, heartfelt care like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Sylvain Eye Care!

This was my first time coming to this location. Very neat and clean. Definitely appreciated. Upon walking up to the desk, I was greeted and asked if I had an appointment, met with the optometrist, went back and did all the things for my eyes, got asked a lot of questions, and finished the exam. The only downside I have to this experience was being asked about a personal issue with my eyes because I've never been asked about that before when it came to examining my eyes and it did make me a little uncomfortable. The second downfall would be, going to pick out frames, I really wasn't greeted properly by the individual in the room, I just walked in there and started looking and it was completely quiet, I seen other reviews where everybody was saying it was so nice of an experience but I didn't get that experience when I walked in, I wasn't greeted, and I wasn't told that if I had any questions that she would help me. As a first time customer, that really makes me uncomfortable because the frame selection wasn't major so that was already an issue but I would have appreciated it if I was made to feel welcome when I crossed over into the eyeglass room. People like to know that they're welcome during the entire experience, not just one part. Outside of that, the experience was pretty decent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sylvain for years, and I wouldn’t trust my vision to anyone else. She is consistently professional, thorough, and kind. Recently, I brought my father in to see her. To give some context, he hasn’t had an eye exam for as long as I’ve been alive! Needless to say, he was a bit apprehensive, but Dr. Sylvain was incredible. She immediately made him feel comfortable and took the time to ensure he was well-informed about every aspect of his eye health. It’s rare to find a provider who combines top-tier clinical expertise with such genuine chair-side manner. Whether you’re a long-time patient or someone who has been avoiding the eye doctor for decades, you are in great hands here!

I went in for exams for glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Sylvain was very thorough and explained everything during the exam process. I’ve been looking for an optometrist for a while and glad I came across this practice, in my area. Everything from check in, exam, contact lens and frame fitting went smoothly. Very clean office and personable and professional staff.
