Target Optical

Target Optical on Prasada Parkway in Surprise, AZ is amazing!! Gina was so incredibly kind and helpful. We were in Surprise on vacation and my son accidentally put my daughter’s contacts in his eyes. My daughter had not brought a back up pair so I called Target Optical and Gina was so amazing she had a sample pair in stock and gave us the pair for free! We were not even Target optical customers as we had purchased the original pair from an online trailer. We will for sure be coming back to Target Optical in the future! Thank you so much, Gina! You saved our 14 year old from having to wear her “embarrassing “ eyeglasses for the rest of our trip!

I had such a great experience here! Leah and Gina were so kind and helpful I can’t say enough great things!!! They made the process of getting an eye exam and getting new glasses super easy and seamless. I will definitely be coming here for future visits!

As a blue-collar worker, having a weekday off is rare and often unpredictable, so scheduling appointments can be almost impossible. I walked in without an appointment, and the staff not only found my insurance information for me, but also got me in with the doctor to update my prescription all in the same day. I was able to choose three frames from their selection, and they clearly explained when my glasses would be ready. They ended up notifying me a full week earlier than originally expected. They were also more than happy to fit and adjust the frames so they would not dig into the back of my ears. I know not everyone may be as lucky as I was that day, but credit is due: where else can you walk in without an appointment and get all of that done? Highly recommended!

My family and I will definitely be coming back here, I was in desperate need of an eye exam and I’ve been going to Costco for the past six years however there is always a long wait time 2 months !. Not here! I was able to get a same-day eye exam and the ladies in the front were super helpful, very friendly and so outgoing. My eye doctor was super nice and he even explained into detail about the condition of my eyes. This will def be my go too for eye exam not only for myself but for my entire family .

Miriam (one of the techs) was so amazing helping me through the entire process of picking out new glasses and then again during my follow up appointment to try out contacts. She was so patient with me and so supportive. She helped me find glasses I absolutely love an she was so helpful when I was trying out contacts and struggled so badly to get them in. 🤦‍♀️ She never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting her time. The whole process of getting my eyes checked, picking out new frames, and then getting fitted for contacts was super easy at this location.
