I have been going to Target Optical in Arlington Heights for many years. I was first recommended by my sister, and since then I’ve also recommended my mother and my son. We’ve trusted them with our eye care for a long time. This year, my doctor was Dr. Rabia Awan, OD, for my annual exam and updated prescriptions for both contact lenses and glasses. She exceeded my expectations. She answered all of my questions clearly, explained everything in detail, and made sure I got exactly what I needed for both my contacts and eyeglasses. At the front desk, Glen McCrory has been there for many years and continues to provide excellent service. He is very professional, patient, and detail-oriented. He takes the time to explain billing, discounts, and helps you choose the right reading glasses and frames. During this visit, he was especially helpful in finding my old prescription. He is sincere, knowledgeable, and very skilled when it comes to measurements and selecting the right style of frames. The nursing staff is also wonderful—very sweet, gentle, and attentive. They guided me through my multifocal exam and retinal imaging with care. These exams are thorough and give you a complete understanding of your eye health and any changes over time. I am a very loyal and satisfied customer, and I highly recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for excellent eye care. :)
