I had such a wonderful experience, and Melissa deserves all the credit! I came in to get glasses but quickly realized my prescription had expired — not ideal. Melissa helped get me a next-day appointment so I could get my eyes examined and get glasses right away. She made the whole process easy.

I initially visited to see if they took my insurance and to get a quote on eyewear I seen at Walmart. I was seen by Dexter and Misty, excellent customer service that day and I vowed to return with my updated/current eye prescription. I returned one week later, this time seen by Dexter, Maggie(managers), and Adrian. Again, super customer service and just a pleasant buying experience. This location has a wide style selection, and price point for every budget. I hope this team stays together for a loooooooog time. Thank you. (Hope to see you soon to pick up new specs)

Ronny Labosco (store manager) was helpful and had a friendly attitude . She explained everything that I asked about my insurance, frame quality and lenses options I can have . I will get my new glasses soon and then I will be more appropriated 🤞🙌😍!!!

Every one was very helpful at my eye appointment this morning! I’m very pleased with the service I received while finding my new pair of frames and I feel that my prescription is very accurate this time!

I had my eye exam at AccuVision Eye Center on January 10, and it’s now March 15 — I still don’t have my glasses. I even went in on a Friday, only to find they were closed, and they’re also closed on weekends. I’ve called multiple times (mailbox full) and sent numerous emails with no response. For a $574.93 out-of-pocket cost on top of my premium insurance, this is unacceptable. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Timely service is essential, and I hope AccuVision addresses this promptly.
