Target Optical

Took my Dad into Target for an adjustment on a pair of glasses that we purchased elsewhere since he has mobility issues and it was easiest to take him here than to a mall. Baryalai was more than helpful to make the adjustments needed. Really appreciate the help and will consider buying glasses here the next time. We also picked up a few other things my Dad needed on our way out. Thanks again for the convenience.

We had such a great experience at Target Optical, and I have to shout out Baryalai who helped my daughter and me. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly personable and patient especially with my daughter as she went back and forth trying to decide on the perfect pair of glasses. He never rushed her and made the whole process feel easy and even fun. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we both felt confident in our choices. When we came back to pick up our glasses, I had my son with me, and he immediately recognized him from a previous visit, reintroduced himself, and even joked around a bit. That level of attention and genuine connection really stood out. It’s rare to find people who intentionally build relationships in places you visit regularly, and it makes all the difference. Because of that, we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

My experience at the Target Optical store in Mayfield Heights was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I checked in, I felt like I was being treated exactly how a patient should be treated. My questions were answered, my concerns were addressed. I left there with the utmost confidence that I’d been well cared for. My doctor was fantastic and thorough, and very informative, as she answered questions about my concerns about hereditary diseases that could impact my vision later on in life. My optician was phenomenal, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. She answered my questions and gave me peace of mind. At the time of frame selection, she and her colleague assisted me greatly, and they were incredibly patient with my indecisiveness. Overall, and without a doubt, Target Optical will be my go-to from here on out for myself and for my family.

The Doctor, Dr. Robert Fleischer was EXCELLENT! Polite knowledgeable, abs courteous! I was very pleased with him & staff. I will recommend him (Target Eyes)to all of my friends and family .
