I had one of the best shopping experiences here all because of Devon. This pretty lady was literally on her way to take a break when I walked in, but stuck around to answer my questions and found the perfect pair of frames for me! Devon was so detailed with her observations. It made me so thankful to be working with her because she understood where I was coming from and what I wanted. Because of her, I now have frames that look oh so good on me! Thank you Devon! You are amazing at what you do ! Much success to you lady!

​I had an absolute blessing of an experience at the Garland Target Optical today! I am on the OneSight voucher program, and Nicole went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and easy. ​She was incredibly nice, patient, and welcoming. Because I have a stronger prescription, Nicole took the extra time to go to the back and hand-pick a beautiful pair of mixed-metal cat-eye frames that would handle my lenses perfectly while working within my program. ​She turned my very first experience getting glasses at Target Optical into such a positive milestone. I left feeling so happy and confident in my choice, and I can't thank Nicole enough for her wonderful care!

Staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I arrived at my optometrist appointment early and browsed the glasses selection. Ms. Nicole helped me through the selection process and gave me a rough estimate of what to expect, price-wise. With the frames based on my insurance. The only step after speaking with Ms. Nicole and attending my appointment was her updating my prescription in the system and ringing me up. Very easy. Very amenable. I would highly recommend this location for all your eye care needs. Ms. Nicole was phenomenal!

I went to this Target Optical for the first time today. I was pleasantly greeted by Nicole and she helped verify my insurance and find some new glasses. She was helpful and patient. I ordered a pair and I could not have had a better experience with Target Optical and Nicole. She is a great part of the staff.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the product offerings and offered suggestions based on what I was looking for. She made the buying experience great. I will definitely be back in the future.
