Target Optical

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Huynh and her team! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions. The technician Trisha was very nice and they all made me feel very welcomed! I wasn’t able to get the names for the two ladies helping with check in and picking the glasses but I watched them as they attentively and thoroughly helped several customers that came in and saw how they went above and beyond for everyone that stepped into the Optical center. I will definitely be returning!

My experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional and answered every question I asked. The eye exam was more thorough than any I have ever had. I would without hesitation recommend this Target’s optometry department!

Today I was at Target having just recently purchased a pair of glasses from a different establishment. The fit was bothersome and I knew I needed an adjustment. I went into Target optical and despite being busy with customers, the Optician greeted me and said she would be with me soon. When she approached she asked what I needed. I told her I needed an adjustment. She immediately recognized the frames weren't purchased from her store but invited me to sit so she could help me. She was friendly, kind, professional and she worked to adjust my glasses and make me comfortable with my fit. I have previously purchased glasses from this store and I have to say they always have been professional and courteous. Today was just another consistent example of their great service!!

I really appreciated how friendly and helpful she was through the whole process. I always feel confident coming here for my vision needs — they make everything easy and enjoyable every time! My experience at Target Optical was great! I had an appointment for my regular check up. The opticians and techs greeted me when I arrived and quickly started my exam. They have a good selection of the latest frames, and they helped me pick out some great frames that matched my style. My exam was easy and quick, and I was happy with the result - very clear prescription. Overall I’d highly recommend going in for an appointment and picking up some glasses and/or sunglasses.
