As described, Dr Brown was very helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns without dismissing my needs and desires. The staff were hospitable, knowledgeable, patient and well tempered. A special thank you to Micailah for her expertise and humor…she deserves a raise! I am very satisfied with my experience and will use this location for my vision health and retail needs in the foreseeable future. Thank you!!
I had an exceptional experience today! This was my first visit and it went great. Exceptional customer service from Micailah start to finish. She was so friendly and so informative. April and Dr. Brown were so professional and answered all my questions. I definitely look forward to returning in the future.

Micailah who has always helped me is such a phenomenal person, she was patient and extremely helpful, always make me and my entire family feel so welcome each time we come back, even a year later!
I’ve been coming to optical at target for the last four prescriptions I think for my glasses . Professional and customer service is excellent. We need more of it. All my questions were answered by..
