She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames that fit my style and face shape. She was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in navigating my insurance information, ensuring everything was processed smoothly. Her patience and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit.

I’ve had glasses for almost 25 years. This was the best visit I’ve had! The doctor was personable and knowledgeable and I felt very thoroughly cared for throughout my visit. For the glasses and contacts purchasing side of things Cathy was phenomenal. She took her time to give me all the details I’d need to make an informed decision on both quality and price. I asked her how long she had been doing her job and she said 40 years, and it shows! Thank you again to your team for an amazing experience!

First let's talk about how i was blessed to get an appointment same day. i was able to get all the paperwork done electronically before i arrived, which gave me the time to start picking out glasses before seeing the doctor. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I had the pleasure to work with Loren to pick out a pair of clears and sunglasses. While i am particular and a creature of habit she helped me smoothly pick a pair based on our conversation. She listened, was personable, and i really appreciated her assistance and feedback. Very easy ordering process, I was expecting to get my glasses in a few weeks and lo and behold I got them in a few days YAY! I received excellent customer service from Deborah! She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the glasses, she showed me various ones and we narrowed it down to my favorite one and brand. I will definitely be going back to Target Optical in Riverview in the future.
