Every single person on staff of the Sugarland location ( I 100% believe it’s the same at all of them) is 100% top flight at what they do. The entire staff is super responsive, even to the most mundane “silly” questions. Honestly I can not imagine trusting another group of people with my eyesight. Dr. Johnson is insanely talented and has a warm, caring bedside manner. Dr.Johnson makes trusting him with your eyesight super easy..

The Staff at Texas Eye are so courteous. So easy to make an appointment. Ms. Luna was kind and patient. Didn’t rush but explained well the procedures. Dr. Johnson was terrific. So knowledgeable and kind. Very thorough and honest. Thanks for a great experience. See you in December. Ramon Ocampo

Everyone knowledgeable they're quick efficient they certainly know what they're doing. Explain everything in detail and I was very satisfied and I appreciated the time they took with me. They weren't pushy they weren't trying to sell me anything they weren't try to persuade me to buy anything. They were just providing the results of the exam and providing me the options I have with them or with any other company.. they're very open and a very honest people. And very friendly.

I immediately felt welcomed by the staff. Dr Johnson was wonderful and very knowledgeable about my particular eye issue. He gave me specific instructions to follow and I will see him again in two weeks. This was supposed to be a consultation but I decided to transfer my current eye doctor records to this office due the excellent attention and information I received.

My Opthalmologist who I’ve seen for over a year and operated cataracts from both of my eyes… certainly with all good intentions have been treating an issue with my right eye ‘suspected’ of an STUBBORN eye infection… since the beginning of April of this year …he prescribed me Moxifloxacin, Tobradex, Tobramycin, BESIFLOXACIN and even Clindamycin 300 mg / 3 times a day for 14 days to no avail… Went to TEXAS EYE INSTITUTE on an EMERGENCY BASIS… was seen by Dr Michael Koop … and he listened to the info I brought and what I’ve taken …and told me that more than probably I’ve become DANGEROUSLY ALLERGIC to DORZOLAMIDE / TIMOLOL eye drops to prevent GLAUCOMA … and told me to stop taking them and that’s what I did… And almost 48 hours later the condition of my eyes has very much improved .. . I’ve cancel once an obligatory absence out of the country … I certainly need to find out which Glaucoma medication that I’m not allergic to I can safely take… Thank SOOO MUCH DR koop!
