Dr Erin Jacob and staff always makes me feel very comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing during the exams. Dr Jacob is very pleasant and very knowledgeable, she always takes the time to explain things to me and go over a plan for the future. She is by far the best optometrist I have had since moving to Texas in 2012.
Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. The doctor was wonderful and kind, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything clearly. It was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Great service and Dr. Jacob and her staff are awesome!! The eyeglass fitters staff not so much. They were unreliable and made me think of going elsewhere to purchase my glasses. Disorganized and somewhat lazy.
I went in for my yearly eye exam and from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a Welcome and a smile. It made me feel like I was a person not just a customer. The entire staff was so very friendly and super helpful. They explained everything that they were doing in detail and with the state of the art equipment I was more than impressed. Dr. Jacob made me feel like I was a family member. I will be sending all my friends and family to them.
Another update: They ended up calling and we picked up my son’s glasses and we received the receipt today. I’ve never been to a place where they don’t give you the receipt right away. I was hoping this place would be a great experience, but didn’t turn out that way. Update: it’s been 3 weeks and we still haven’t received my son’s glasses. Seems to be a little unorganized. I called and they said they would call me back for an update and never did. I had a similar experience to another recent review. Everything was great until check out time. I loved the Dr and front desk staff. I know I have a great insurance and never had to pay more than $40 for my copay. This was our first time here and the costs just caught me off guard because I’ve used my insurance for myself and my family at other places and was familiar with what it covers and it never came out to over $100 and things weren’t explained to me. I got the cost down to $65 and had them take some things out. It seemed as if some things were over looked on my insurance but oh well.
