**UPDATE:** I want to acknowledge that the team reached out to me, took full ownership of what went wrong, and made a genuine effort to correct my experience. They went out of their way to contact their warehouse to confirm my glasses were in stock, called me personally to let me know they would be replacing them, and informed me it would take approximately one week. On top of that, they kindly offered a gift card for use toward future visits. I truly appreciate how they handled the situation with professionalism and care. I hope that my initial review served as constructive feedback, and I want others to know that this is the type of business that, when something goes wrong, will take the steps necessary to make it right. I understand that some days can be beyond anyone's control, but by taking ownership of this situation, they demonstrated that they genuinely care about their customers. That speaks volumes. I hate to do these types of reviews. I believe customer service is key to any business. I will not be coming back, only because of the way they provided the service. I came in because I left my insurance card with the front desk, they forgot to give it back from my last appointment. I had bought glasses from them. I just wanted to keep my glasses; one of the legs broke. I was under the impression they would be able to fix it. The front desk was unsure how to help me with my glasses. While they were looking for my insurance, they asked another lady if she could assist me regarding my glasses. The way she spoke to me was as if I wasn't aware that my glasses were broken. "We cannot fix this. We don't fix this; the leg is broken." Her tone of voice was as if she was irritated. She asked the guy at the front desk to check when I had gotten the glasses. Prior to this, I had just told her when I got the glasses and how I had spoken to a rep, and they said they could fix my glasses. Everything would have been fine if her approach had been different. Instead of saying something along the lines of, "We are sorry your glasses are not under warranty. They only have a warranty for a year. I do apologize for the confusion. You just came in, would you like to look for a new pair of glasses that we have in stock?" No, this lady did not have a great approach. Her reply was, "We don't fix the legs, and you got them over a year and a half ago; they don't have a warranty." She still had my glasses, and I told her I would take back my glasses and I want my insurance back. She tried to apologize once she noticed that I was not too happy about her approach.
this is a new location of tso, but ill tell you what, regardless of it being new, everyone was SUPER. accommodating. i just walked out of my eye exam and it was extremely affordable. roxanna at front desk is super sweet as well. i havent gotten my glasses yet but im really trusting that theyre gonna be great. 😸😸 thank you!
Everyone was nice and the service excellent. Yolanda was so helpful she help me find a parking space since everything was taken and was so caring with my daughter.
It's been over three weeks and my contacts still aren't in and I was never contacted with an update. Also, the main guy doing the exams asked me to make choice while he left our appointment to attended to another customer but I wasn't given nearly enough info to make a decision which meant I had to have him break everything down when he came back thus extending the appointment which was already running very late anyway. I did call to check last week and was just told to wait, no reason given, and it's been another week and they haven't reached out. I'm not going to give them any more of my business.
