Very very friendly staff! Clean environment, did I mention very friendly and respectful staff??!! Dr Covington is very knowledgeable, sweet, kind, gentle yet assertive when it comes to topics of importance and concerns! She ask plenty of questions, SHE LISTENS, she doesn’t rush the visit. The scheduling is managed in a way where I did not spend hours in the waiting room! Cherry on top was the first rep I seen at check in said “you must be my new patient”, we in fact were new! I thought that was so awesome!! Anyway, so thankful to have googled pediatricians and coming across Dr. Covington! We will return repeatedly until we can’t anymore! LOL! Referring you all to everyone!!

Dr. Covington is phenomenal!! One of the best pediatricians out there! She’s very knowledgeable of anything regarding pediatrics and treats all of her babies with the utmost love and care. She answers any questions that parents may have and provides more insight on any of our concerns. She is patient and treats us like we matter. You can tell that she adores the work that she does and I’m thankful that she is my baby’s pediatrician!

My experience was very great here at the Westend Medical the staff was very professional and nice. The Doctor listened with care and patience with my child. Coming here feels like family the compassion and kindness shows that we are definitely in the right place I want to thank each and every person for an amazing outstanding job.

Dr. Kamirah Johnson I cannot recommend my therapist enough. She is compassionate, professional, understanding, and truly creates a safe and welcoming environment during every session. She listens without judgment, provides thoughtful guidance, and has helped me grow tremendously both mentally and emotionally. I always leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Her dedication to her clients and genuine care for their wellbeing is clear in everything she does. I’m extremely grateful for the positive impact she has had on my life and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring therapist.

My mother had her first visit with Dr. Burley Tuesday, April 7, 2026. When she came into the room and introduced herself to my mom and I. I knew right away, she was a "keeper" for my mom. My mom felt the same. A personable, calm, and caring approach. Very attentive, and a great listener. Dr. Burley was professional and knowledgeable. So glad our appointment finally came. :).
