Front desk was rude, rushing me, and not even acknowledging me as a human being. I am clearly unable to use one of my arms as a result of a car accident and one of the ladies was rushing me. A different lady had to help me with my payment and just extended her hand out to me while not even looking at me. She never once asked how I wanted to make my payment. Very dismissive and bothered by my presence alone. I am a young adult and most of the people here are older and the difference in treatment between the two age groups is stark. We all deserve respect and the same patience the front desk has for older patients.

This visit was very prompt. All of the technicians are very professional and friendly. Dr. Byrnes is the best physician. he always takes the time to review findings of the day and explain disease progression and treatment.
Front desk receptionist is very rude and condescending. Every interaction with her whether in person or over the phone is ridiculous. RGW, do better with your staff.
Our daughter needed emergency eye surgery and the care provided by Dr. Sabbagh and his staff was outstanding. We highly recommend his practice.
Sadly my doctor was unable to restore my vision despite pre-surgery assurances that my vision would improve. When I told the doctor that my vision was awful, no answer was forthcoming. To add insult to injury, for months I have been finding that I and my insurers are being billed for mythical visits. No matter how many times that I call and leave messages for the billing department, no one ever returns my call. Yet they continue to bill me for visits that I never made.
