I just landed on this web page while looking up contact information for The Vision Place, and was surprised to see the reviews posted here. I am moved to share my very different experience: I purchased frames and my first pair of progressive lenses here around 3 years ago and was totally pleased with the service and the glasses. I am still wearing the same glasses, and love them. When I bought them, the optician was very helpful in guiding me to frames that suited me, and very patient with me as I took a while deciding which I wanted. She did a great job fitting and adjusting them, and letting me know what to expect in the process of adjusting to progressive lenses. I have never had any problem with the frames or lenses, and am planning to get a back-up pair at The Vision Place.

The clerks were so kind and helpful - gave me new nose pads, adjusted my glasses and cleaned them, all while being personable even while not making a sale. 100% recommend!

After a lengthy time of being ignored, I bolted letting the clerk retain her narrow focus on an indecisive customer detailing her life history. The selection of frames seemed very limited.
