I've been bringing my daughter here for several years for annual check-ups and prescription adjustments, and both Dr. Thomason and Dr. Schaedel are very nice, professional, and thorough. I recently saw Dr. Schaedel myself and also had a great experience. I removed a star because the wait times can be long and it may take a little time after your appointment to be taken back, but I've never had a problem with the staff; they've been great with us. We will continue coming here

Dr. Tomason was excellent! It's easy to see he cares about his patients, we will definitely be back. My son was fitted with his first contacts, they showed him how to do it, and now he's a pro. Thanks again!

The front house service is not acceptable. I had an 815 appointment, arrived at 8 with all the forms completed. At 840 I still had not even made it into the preliminary testing. I cannot understand been so far behind schedule 30 mins after opening. This is simply bad customer relationship.

Doctors are great! But looks like the assistants have all the time in the world, i had a 1:30pm appt, arrived probably around 1:22pm and they took care of another patient that arrived after i did. Anyways i didnt get called until after 2:20… whats the point of the text messages saying the dr looks forward to seeing me at 1:30 when i wasnt seen till way after. And dont get me wrong i understand some patients take longer appts than others but this isnt the first time we wait more than 50 minutes to be seen.
