I had a temp tooth for a couple of weeks that came loose 3 days before my appt and when I asked to have it reattached some kid just put some glue on the back. Wrong that's not how it's done. It came off again within 2 minutes. Another girl I had last time Elsa took her time and did it right because it lasted over 3 weeks. She's amazing!!! When I went back they refused to reattach it correctly and since they are closing they canceled my appointment last minute which is extremely unprofessional. Told me to go somewhere else after waiting weeks. Then when I asked for the 1000 dollars I had already paid for my procedure they tell me it's gonna be 3 to 4 weeks so now I have to wait til I can get my money back and go to another dentist. And this is a front tooth so embarrassing!!! I'm pissed!!

My husband and I both had excellent dental experiences. The facility is super clean and state-of-the-art, the staff very friendly, kind, and helpful, and the dentist was the best we've ever had. And we were able to pay over 12 months, zero interest. We're very thankful for this place!
I’ve always gotten in at appointment time which is refreshing. Nurses and doctor seem knowledgeable. Follow up review: After seeing them for several months for several chronic conditions, I have decided to return to my previous doctor. I do believe they generally cared about the welfare of my health, however they did not seem to consider the financial aspect of my well being. I need a doctor/practitioner who will balance my health care with my financial well being. With that said, I do believe this clinic would be a suburb choice if a person needs to be seen for the occasional cold or who needs labs and/or x-rays.
Went in for a walk-in appointment to be able to get a company health screen filled out. Basic information was needed including height, weight, blood pressure and blood work. The form literally says, IF POSSIBLE, on the blood work. The doctor at the time of my appointment REFUSED to sign the form until the results came in. He wouldn't even allow me to leave the form with him, so he could let me know right when the results came in. I had to call into the office to see if my results were in, they were all cleared. Drove in person to have him fill out the form... he wasn't in and they refused to fill in the form with the results of my blood work!!! Don't bother with this location. I will never be back!
Edited today: Date of service 3/28/24 I went in this morning mainly for strep symptoms. I was given strep, flu and covid tests because I also thought I had flu symptoms. Joshua Merriman, a General Practitioner, came into the room to give me some instructions and proceeded to tell me that he found it odd that I was on Medicaid. That I wasn't old enough and also that I didn't have any chronic illnesses to be on Medicaid. He asked me if I was on disability. He then left the room. I felt like he suggested or implied that I had committed insurance fraud. I was upset. I almost felt like he was ready to call the cops on me. At checkout I kind of confronted them by saying that people with certain incomes and family size are now eligible. A female employee told me: I know, I already looked it up. It's just not "traditional." So first they tell the patient what they think they know and then they look it up afterwards to see if it's right? I felt like he was unprofessional and it wasn't his job to tell me all those things.
