Everyone at this clinic is fantastic. The front desk employees are so nice and helpful. Dr. Freedle is a fantastic optometrist who has a wealth of information about his field. He really cares about the best option for your eyes - best optometry care I've had in my life! I've been going for 2 years and will continue to visit this clinic.

Beautiful clinic! Really enjoyed my eye exam with the optometrist - he was friendly, informative, and kept the visit at a good pace. A couple pieces of constructive feedback I would give are - 1. I recommend they reconsider their policy that if you get lenses but not new frames through them, and the frames get broken by the shop they use, they won't refund your lens money - they'll only charge you MORE to buy new frames from them. This pushes the cost of a mistake entirely onto the customer and incentivizes the office to happily accept errors from lens shops. We customers can just order lenses through less risky places - I did easily, within an hour of heading out. 2. I overheard a customer stating her order was wrong. Rather than simply telling her the office wrote down orange frames, consider improving the office's order-taking process to have a customer sign-off that the office wrote down the correct thing, or even take a picture of the customer with the frames on as part of the customer's order for verification later. Learn from problems. 3. If employees are having a conflict, resolve it in the back. I think I caught them on an off day but hopefully they'll get their balance and get right back at it!

I don't typically write reviews that are not requested, but my experience today was so above and beyond 💖, I need to share. The entire experience was wonderful- from check in, exam and to frame selection. Dr.Freedle took his time and provided a lot of education and experience. As having been in the medical field for > 40 years, it was refreshing to have such a visit were I was not rushed and understood everything perfectly.

We love coming to see Dr Freedle and his team! The attention to detail is everything. From the moment you call, they are kind, caring and attentive. Never rushed, instead they took the time to show us all the options for lenses from polarized to transition. They have such an amazing variety of frames. As a long time glasses person the idea that cute glasses exist is such a cool feeling! I don't think I have ever found a pair off rack that I instantly fell in love with, but I have done that several times with ther selection of stylish eyewear. Prices are reasonable, while still being the latest trends. They accept most insurance and work to get you the best deal for your money. The eye visit is thoroughly done. The appointments Dr Freedle are informative as he explains what he checks for and how to maintain good eye health. We enjoy learning about our eyes and understanding the why behind the way we see colors, light patterns, and long term care for our eyes. Then there's the above and beyond customer service. They had some construction happening and they called me to let us know ahead of time to plan on a few extra minutes to get through traffic. Who does this? Dr Freedle's office does. It was such a kind above and beyond thing to do. They put their patients first. I highly recommend Tigard Optometric.

We have had such a positive experience here! My daughter had her glasses eaten by a dog and they were completely ruined. Thankfully when I called to ask about a new pair, the office staff told me the glasses were under warranty and the staff made it so easy to bring them in and replace them at no cost to us! INCREDIBLE!
