Always polite and thorough vision examination. It is reassuring that they have a history of retina photographs to compare every year and make sure my vision continues to be without any issues related to age, diabetes or high blood pressure. I look forward to taking their evaluation to my primary care doctor every year. The retina scan means something to the doctors. It means nothing is going wrong to me.
We love this place! Everyone we interact with is absolutely wonderful. They make me feel comfortable and welcomed even when I come with my two little kiddos. Dr. Wyman is the BEST! She is so kind and patient, especially with my little kiddos. Thank you Akers Pearson team for being so wonderful.
Absolutely wonderful experience. I saw Dr Mindy Hagstrom, she was very thorough but not pushy! And the optician Alexis was amazing! She helped me choose two gorgeous frames that fit me and my face perfectly! Great experience from start to finish! Could not recommend more highy!
Dr. Hagstrom is amazing. She does a thorough exam and answers all our questions. My husband and I have full trust in her. Her assistant is very nice and explains everything that she is doing. The eyeglass fitters help you decide which frames look best on you. They all help out and give their opinions which is very helpful. The people at the desk are friendly and have all your insurance ready and validated before you walk in the door. A great office and doctor.
Dr. Hagstrom is the absolute best. They unfortunately do not take my current vision insurance, but I will continue to see Dr. Hagstrom even if it means I have to pay more oht of pocket. I hope she realizes how very much I appreciate her attentive care. She truly goes above and beyond to help with my vision issues even as we continue to learn of potential correlations with other diagnoses. Even with my completed case, she never makes me feel like a bother, takes the time and care to go over all the details with me. I've had other eye doctors tell me my case is too complicated for them, but not Dr. Hagstrom. She is the best. I have been a patient here since they were located in the old Fiesta Mall back in 2008. I highly recommend.
